Our popular miniature, long-travel piezo product family is constantly growing. The line is featuring two new linear stages with travel up to 100mm. The new PPS-20 and PPS-28 stages are based on ultra-high precision cross-roller bearings and our patent pending, multi-phase pie
zo motor. Resolutions to less than 1 nm at speeds of > 2mm are achieved.
This product line is designed and manufactured at our Irvine, CA location which makes MICRONIX USA the only US based manufacturer of this kind of technology.
